FOOD SERVICE INFORMATION
|
Campers deserve to eat delicious and nutritious meals while at Camp Kern. All food at Camp Kern is prepared under strict guidelines using generally accepted food service industry practices. Menus are approved by professional dietitians and prepared by trained staff. With prior notice, our staff can accommodate special needs diets for diabetics and vegetarians(Special forms are listed below(Please download and print, fill out and return with your Camp Kern application)). Our kitchen operates in compliance with established regulations of the Fresno County Health Deparment. Inspections are conducted annually. Health inspection documents are posted in the Dining Hall for review. If you have any questions or concerns about food service matters, please contact the Camp Director at the Southern Sierra Council, BSA office at (661) 325-9036.
