Council Training Day - Bakersfield

REVISED COURSE OFFERINGS & SCHEDULE

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 

Council Training Days are part of the training format for the Southern Sierra Council.  Cub Scout Leader specific training must be done online.  The Council Training Day will include these training sessions:

8:30 am to 11:45 am

   12:30 pm to 2:00 pm 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Trail to 1st Class (Scouts & Adults)

The Patrol Method

 BALOO (must have pre-req)
Den Chief Training   Scoutmaster & Asst. Scoutmaster
8:30 am to 10:00 am   12:30 pm to 3:45 pm High Adventure Basic Certification (includes Trek Safely)
Unit Trainer (Pack/Troop/Team/Crew)  Family Life Merit Badge  

10:15 am to 11:45 am

 Please see below for your leadership training sequence.

 The training day starts at 8:00 AM and will be completed at 4:30 PM.  Lunch provided for full day participants 

Cost: $15.00 - for full day participants    $5.00 for partial day participants (no lunch)

You will be able to attend several trainings throughout the day.
